Art Directing Team week 7

1. Creative Confidence (chapter 3. SPARK)
Where might you change your actions this week based on the learnings this week from Chapter 3?
1. Close to the user
The game I am creating are for little kids, I will take more time to see how they react.
2. Decide to be creative
It is huge difference between you are forced to create and decide to be creative. When you decide        to be creative, you will come out more options and willing to ditch some of them. This will benefit      to my game ideas creating process.
3. Ask questions starting with why
Why question is pretty hard to answer but important. Why question could help my ideas more               original and meaningful.

2. About mentor learnings this week
This is the first time I invited my game art director coming out for lunch. We had a really good time.
Key points:
1. He expressed how he sees me. He thinks I have the ability to be an art director. I have the wide range of knowledge of art/game. And not a specialist.
2. It is not all about skill, it more about how you express your idea, how to let others understand.
3. Have the confident to stand for your idea. Always prepared.
4. Be calm. Some people are easily angry, just for showing they care. Then they will be OK.
5. The best time to show your special is stand up and do something others can't do.

3. Identify in a movement you are looking to create
Motivation: Let kid to have a better environment to grow creativity
Agitators: Create media and toys to improve their life (action)
How to ignite the explosion: create events and help kids who needs help
